I tried a NEW Protein Powder
This lovely find Conscious Kitchen Vegan Protein + Collagen Powder was so delicious. I didn’t do much adding to this recipe because I wanted to taste the flavor. I did have trouble mixing it, but it was mostly my fault. I didn’t have a clean shaker bottle, and I put the protein in first before pouring in the liquid, and it wouldn’t mix well, so that’s how it turned into a smoothie. Next time ill try it plain.
I love how this protein powder recipe is a pumpkin and hemp mixture; it’s something that I’ve never seen before. The formula contains naturally occurring collagen from Wood Ear mushroom and vitamins B and C from our superfood blend to help support the body’s natural collagen production. (this is so cool, and I don’t know how it works, I’ll have to research.)

🍄 8 oz non-dairy milk
🍄 1 large banana
🍄 5 drops of Lion’s Mane liquid extract I used Host Defense
🍄 5 drops of My Community liquid extract I used Host Defense
