This is the color of my Dutch oven the color is called βLa Merβ (French translation = the sea). So I chose to name the smoothie after its color twin. Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Iβve been making smoothies… in the winter π₯Ά crazy. Iβve been needing the extra boost of vitamins, phytonutrients and antioxidants that they provide. So even thou itβs a bit off season here is a really yummy recipe I made today. π 2 cups strawberries π 1 cup pineapple π 1 cup mango π 1 cup dragon fruit π 2 cups pure water or non-dairy milk! I have been craving smoothies during these winter months. This is a cold smoothie. I hope to bring you some more warm smoothies in the future. I have yet made one that I truly like and want to share with you.
