An abundance of cauliflower in my house had me digging through my cookbooks looking for recipes. When I found this “Creamy Cauliflower Soup” I knew this was going to hit the spot. I went to work and made this delicious combination for dinner, and it did not disappoint. Everyone enjoyed the soup, and Neo enjoyed the scraps of cauliflower that fell to the floor.

Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Iโve been making smoothies… in the winter ๐ฅถ crazy. Iโve been needing the extra boost of vitamins, phytonutrients and antioxidants that they provide. So even thou itโs a bit off season here is a really yummy recipe I made today. ๐ 2 cups strawberries ๐ 1 cup pineapple ๐ 1 cup mango ๐ 1 cup dragon fruit ๐ 2 cups pure water or non-dairy milk! Kale Chips
I adapted this from Kris Carrโs Crazy Sexy Kitchen, a cookbook I recommend to everyone. I made a few changes not many because itโs perfect the way it is, I just didnโt use as much onion powder & salt. These are flavorful, crunchy, and delicious. I like to make a batch of these at the beginning of the week and eat them as a healthy alternative to chips.
