My Super Zen Thought.
I went for a run this morning. I ran up a hill today and then another one thinking I would be able to do a loop I came to a dead end. No big deal. The way up my heart pounded in my ears and chest. The altitude was getting to me thank goodness’s for the view back down it was beautiful. So beautiful it touched me, I realized at this moment this is the only time I’ve been alone by myself for more than 10 minutes in…
