April Inspiration is Nourishment

This month’s inspiration focus is “Nourishment” I chose this because of the saying “April showers bring May flowers.” Like flowers, we all need nourishment before we can grow. This will be the month we explore how we nourish ourselves, body, mind, and soul.

Affirmation

I treat my body to the things that make me glow from the inside and out, and say no to the things that suck my energy.
