Journaling I wrote this today:

Choosing myself… is making a choice to make the right decisions for me and not worrying about what other people think.

I am so tired of worrying about what other people think. I’m exhausted from this. This Colorado trip has cleared my head, makes me dream, gives me energy to put these dreams into action. The alone time for me has been a welcoming feeling, it’s been a time to revisit myself and tune into what I need. Walk with nature meditate and journal. An introverts paradise.
