Spaghetti with Italian Sausage

This is a very easy quick and delicious recipe. If you want to make something tasty that will impress this is the dish for you. 

Ingredients 

💋 1 tsp of oil 

💋 1 bottle of marinara sauce 

💋 1/2 package of spaghetti noodles

💋 2 small king trumpet mushrooms 

💋 1 Beyond Italian sausage or comparable 

Instructions 

Boil water for noodles.

Cut the king trumpet mushroom and beyond sausage up into bite size pieces.

While waiting for water to boil, heat the oil in the pot, add the mushroom sausage mixture and cook until golden brown, and throughly cooked. 

Add the sauce and stir the mixture in throughly.

Heat until hot and flavors have melded.

When noodle water comes to a boil add the noodles and boil about 16 minutes, then drain water.

Serve noodles with mushroom sausage mixture on top. 

Optional: Add vegan Parmesan of your choice to top as a tasty garnish.
