I recently tried Vibe Health Bar’s Avocado Toast and it was delicious. I was thinking… I can do something like this at home easily, no problem. I did and I have duplicated it so many times since. This is just so quick, easy, and makes a fast breakfast when you are short on time. I love it for lunch too. It taste so good, it’s so easy and so good for you too.

- 2 slices of your favorite raw bread, whole or sprouted grain bread toasted or gluten free bread toasted
- ½ avocado
- ½ lime
- red pepper flakes
- coarse sea salt (omit if you are on a salt free diet, the pepper flakes help bring out a salty flavor anyway)
- freshly ground black pepper
- Brazil nuts chopped (provides you with some much needed bioavailable selenium)
